Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Campus Patrol in Tempe, AZ to protect a financial institution and its employees. You will perform routine patrols, deter incidents, provide excellent service, and respond to alarms and incidents with professionalism.

The role requires at least 1 year in security, a high school diploma, and a willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening. CPR is preferred, and a driver’s license is needed for driving posts.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen is required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and site policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking offices, common areas, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization per site policies, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Assist in maintaining an orderly environment by reporting facility concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Pay Rate: $21.85 / Hour

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
