Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard - Active Patrol in Tempe, AZ to serve clients at a financial institution, conduct unarmed patrols, and maintain a visible presence for safety and superior service.

You will respond to incidents, assist with visitor management, and document activities with accurate reports. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay and a people-first culture that values agility and integrity.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 3 years in security.

As a Security Guard - Active Patrol in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors while responding to security-related concerns with professionalism. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM


• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM


• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM


• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.


• Monitor access points, observe lobby and exterior activity, and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific procedures.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, ATMs, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.


• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, observations, and patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of law enforcement experience, two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or three years of security-related experience.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
