Qualifications

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screening; licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the grocery retail location, including sales floors, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

As a Security Officer Bilingual Foot Patrolin Pomona, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication, including fluent Spanish communication, while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:
