Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Fluent Spanish Patrol in Rialto, CA. This full-time, unarmed position focuses on customer service, patrols of the grocery site, and ensuring safety and compliance with store policies.

Must communicate effectively in English and Spanish and pass background checks and a drug screen. The role includes shift-based scheduling (Tue-Sat, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM) with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

As a Security Officer Fluent Spanish Patrol in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a grocery-focused location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the grocery store, parking areas, loading and receiving areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, observe deliveries and vendor activity, and report suspicious activity or unauthorized access according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed by site protocols.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
