Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is looking for a Security Officer Spanish Speaking Unarmed Patrol in Riverside, CA. You will monitor and patrol a grocery-focused location, provide professional customer service, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail grocery location, including sales floors, receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, policy violations, and incidents according to site procedures.
• Support a professional environment by maintaining a visible presence that may help deter unauthorized activity.

• Wed: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail grocery location, including sales floors, receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
