Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare-related location by following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and facility perimeter.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Badge Services in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide courteous customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $18.69 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare-related location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, maintaining awareness of restricted areas and supporting orderly entry and exit.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or applicable license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
