Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only if applicable.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Medical Response in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services location while carrying out site‑specific policies and security‑related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
