Allied Universal in Dallas, TX is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol First Aid Readiness at a healthcare location. You will monitor and safeguard premises, support access control, and provide courteous service to patients, visitors, and staff.

You will respond to incidents, document observations, and follow escalation protocols. CPR/First Aid and licensing are preferred; high school diploma required. Allied Universal offers training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver’s license for driving roles.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol First Aid Readiness in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide courteous service to patients, visitors, and staff. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification protocols.
• Assist with protecting the confidentiality of healthcare operations by reporting suspicious activity, unauthorized access attempts, and potential privacy-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
