The position is full-time with day/evening shifts and requires 18+ years old, background check, and compliant licensing where required. On-site work with opportunities to grow within a leading security company.

Formación

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, deliveries, and authorized items entering designated logistics and distribution areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, documentation, and entry authorization for personnel and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated business areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.

Job Description

As a Security Officer X Ray Badge Processing in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a dynamic logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening people, packages, and/or materials, monitoring access points, and using technology to identify potential concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service while helping to deter incidents through clear communication and professional presence. Pay Rate: $17.22 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
