Now Hiring PART TIME Evenings to include all or part of the weekend.

Electronic Access Control and CCTV Experience and/or Above Average Computer Skills Required for Dayshift ARMED Security Patrol Officers in Pennsburg!

• Saturday through Monday 4PM - Midnight (24 hrs). Additional hours possible as flex officer.

Electronic Access Control and CCTV Experience and/or Above Average Computer skills required. ACT 235 Required (Concealed Carry Permit does not meet requirement). Referral Bonus Available For ARMED Positions. Must Submit Resume for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Electronic Access Control and CCTV Experience and/or Above Average Computer skills
• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• PA ACT 235 CERTIFICATION (Pennsylvania Only) REQUIRED
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Must have 1+ years combined of unarmed or armed security/law enforcement/military experience or the equivalent
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work outdoors in the elements
• Must have intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites
• Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Access Control / Access Badge experience preferred

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
