• 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control practices.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, and maintain awareness of restricted areas and sensitive operations.
• Maintain armed post qualifications and complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 08:30 AM - 04:00 PM
• Fri: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and maintain awareness of restricted areas and sensitive financial operations.
• Maintain required armed post qualifications, carry assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws and company policy, and complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Possess 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
