Qualifications

• Concealed carry weapons permit required.
• 1 year law enforcement experience OR 2 years security supervisor/manager experience OR 3 years security experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Armed guard card/license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required per law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site procedures.
• Conduct armed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to control entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, and document observations.
• Report hazards and complete incident reports and daily activity documentation.

Pay Rate: $32.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Wed: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Thur: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Fri: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Sat: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials as required, and assist with controlling entry to restricted areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain awareness of the financial institution environment, report hazards or suspicious activity, and complete required incident reports and daily activity documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 years of security experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
