• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, receiving areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Maintain an authorized armed presence in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.

As a Security Officer Armed Driver Texas Patrol in Brookshire, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a retail grocery location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and Level III Armed Certification. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with customers and team members, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
