Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at an automotive parking facility by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, vehicle access concerns, customer disputes, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of parking areas, vehicle ramps, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe vehicle and pedestrian activity, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal policies.

Pay Rate: $24.41 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at an automotive parking facility by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of parking areas, vehicle ramps, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe vehicle and pedestrian activity, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
