Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at an automotive location and follow security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in line with site requirements.
• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate observations to staff.

Pay Rate: $17.33 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM


• Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM


• Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM


• Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM


• Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking facilities, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, assisting with access control and documentation as needed.


• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.


• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
