Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $24.04 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to members, guests, residents, staff, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, and maintain visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, common areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain a professional presence at assigned access points while providing directions, answering general inquiries, and supporting a welcoming environment for authorized individuals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Possess at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
