Job summary

Allied Universal in Dallas is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Alarm Panel Operations. You will protect clients across aerospace/defense sites, perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

This full-time daytime role pays $21.00 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license, plus basic computer skills. Prior alarm panel and badge access experience is preferred for success.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Alarm Panel Operations in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points and alarm activity, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, aircraft-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor visitor, employee, and contractor access in accordance with site requirements; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate locations as needed.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
