Job summary

Allied Universal in Dallas, TX is seeking a Security Officer for Patrol Compliance. This full-time unarmed role focuses on safeguarding clients across aerospace/defense sites, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering professional customer service during shifts.

You will monitor access points, report security concerns, and perform regular patrols while following site protocols. Qualified applicants have security experience and a high school diploma; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of aerospace and defense facilities, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report irregular conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Compliance in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service. You will communicate clearly, report security-related concerns, and support access control activities while using technology as needed. Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour

• Mon: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Tue: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Wed: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Thur: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Fri: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
