• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report irregular conditions.
• Complete detailed activity reports and shift handoffs in accordance with policy.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Compliance in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service. You will communicate clearly, report security-related concerns, and support access control activities while using technology as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of aerospace and defense facilities, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report irregular conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
