Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Patrol) in Fort Worth, TX to monitor client sites and deter security incidents. You will deliver strong customer service, maintain a clear security presence, and respond to alarms and access concerns in a fast-paced aerospace/defense environment.

The role includes daytime and evening shifts, regular patrols, incident reporting, and collaboration with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of aerospace and defense facilities, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying authorization and reporting discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Emergency Preparedness in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and access concerns.
