• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Patrol Communications in Greencastle, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support access control activities, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
