Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Ambassador in Plainfield, IN. Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Criminal history considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of utility facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
