As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. • Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:0 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor site access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with established procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
