• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

As a Security Logistic Facility Officer Overnight in Oceanside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. You will contribute to a secure, welcoming environment while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, following visitor and driver entry procedures, and reporting access-related concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately in required logs and reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
