Allied Universal in Englewood, CO is seeking a Security Officer-Active Clearance-Driving to protect client sites in tech, media, and telecom environments. This full-time role involves patrols, access control, and responsive customer service.

Candidates must hold an active DoD Secret Clearance, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 (21 for armed roles). CPR/First Aid are preferred. The position offers a daytime schedule with shifts Wed-Sun 2 PM–10 PM.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $29.71 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or irregular conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming and professional environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
