Responsibilities

• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and employee credentials per procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and with escalation protocols.
• Prepare clear reports, logs, and shift documentation for incidents and patrols.

As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver with Active Clearance in Clearfield, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $24.18 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and employee credentials in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification protocols.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports, logs, and shift documentation for incidents, patrols, access activity, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
