Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses as appropriate.

• Monitor entry and exit points, maintain logs, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity to supervision.
• Respond calmly to incidents following escalation and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking facilities, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

What You\'ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying identification, credentials, visitor registrations, and delivery appointments in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor entry and exit points, maintain accurate visitor and vehicle logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking facilities, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
