Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local regulations.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify credentials and maintain accurate entry/exit records per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed to site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, including entrances, trailer areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Observe loading and shipping areas for unusual activity and report security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Observe loading and shipping areas for unusual activity, report security-related concerns, and support compliance with facility access requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
