Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer in Lithonia, GA to maintain safety and security at the facility. You will enforce access control, observe and report violations, and support Sizemore’s values of flexibility, reliability, safety, and teamwork.

The role requires 18+ years old, a HS diploma/ GED, and the ability to communicate effectively. Shifts include Fri-Sun and Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:00pm, with a pay rate of $16.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous security, military or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office programs; not required.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises to maintain a safe environment.
• Document security activity with Daily Activity Report (DAR) and incident reports.
• Control vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies per procedures.
• Operate CCTV and other equipment as needed.
• Report irregularities and enforce policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
