Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Prior security/military/law enforcement experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and situational judgement.
• Read/comprehend detailed instructions and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises.
• Document security activity with DAR and incident reports.
• Control vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies per established protocols.
• Operate required systems and equipment (CCTV, scales, computer systems).
• Prevent losses by identifying irregularities and enforcing policies.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enforce Sizemore and client policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.
