This full-time position involves managing access control, patrolling, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting a reliable team.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with driver policy; schedule includes night shifts across a logistics and distribution site.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver’s license.
Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law.
Drug screening required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply for state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
Monitor access points, verify visitor/driver/contractor authorization, and maintain entry/exit records.
Assist with managing vehicle and pedestrian access to shipping, receiving, dock, and yard areas; report unauthorized access concerns.
Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts and emergency services when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking, and loading areas.
