Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific procedures and security policies.
• Monitor and control access to the facility and verify credentials; process visitors and direct authorized personnel.
• Observe traffic at gates and entrances; report unauthorized access or policy concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, problem-solving approach per emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and parking areas; document observations and complete reports.
