Schedule

FULL TIME: Sunday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 10 PM

Presentable and uniformed, which will be provided by Metro One.

On The Job

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor CCTV camera system and accurately note activities in a daily report.
• Observe, survey, and report on activity at your assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.

To Succeed at Metro One

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service
• High awareness, attentiveness, and alertness
• Ability to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation
• Capacity to stand for long periods and exhibit physical strength
• Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Active Guard Card or willingness to obtain one
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Solid/stable work history
• Drug testing and background screening required
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 6 years
• Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus but not required
