ON-CALL ROVER, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS

Schedule (FULL TIME):

Sunday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM. Presentable and uniformed, provided by Metro One.

On-the-Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor CCTV camera systems and accurately document activities in daily reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activity at your assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.

Requirements to Succeed at Metro One:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.
• High awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.
• Ability to de-escalate situations and stay calm during confrontations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and demonstrate physical strength.
• Strong observation and detailed reporting skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Guard Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Solid and stable work history.
• Drug testing and background screening required.
• Security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus but not required.
