Titan Security Group is hiring Security Officers in Wisconsin. Earn $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, holidays, and medical/dental insurance. Must have a Wisconsin Private Security License, be 18+, and able to pass background checks. Opportunity for career growth and training.

Drivers license with clean MVR is required. Bi-lingual is a plus and experience in customer service or security is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Active Wisconsin Private Security License required.
• Driver's license with clean MVR required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against trespassing and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents.

Responsibilities

of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Control access for employees, visitors, or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against trespassing and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have an Active Wisconsin Private Security License
• Drivers license and clean MVR Required

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
