Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring Security Officers to deliver high-quality customer service at client sites and protect property across multiple locations in Pennsylvania. The role involves access control, log maintenance, and responsive incident handling.

Requirements include an 18+ age, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Evening and weekend shifts are possible, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to meet physical requirements (lift 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty and assist with directions and information.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk for people or property, including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents including emergencies and document data for Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability for all shifts

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
