Titan Security Group is seeking motivated Security Officers to serve at client sites across Wisconsin. You will provide excellent customer service, control access, monitor security operations, and respond to incidents to maintain a safe environment.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment, pay between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour based on experience and site, plus benefits such as PTO, holidays, medical and dental insurance, and opportunities for career growth and training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.
• Must have an Active Wisconsin Private Security License.
• Drivers license and clean MVR Required.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs.
• Control access for employees, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against trespassing and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
