Job summary

Titan Security Group in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a part-time Security Officer for the overnight shift (Mon-Tue, 11pm-7am). You will provide customer service at the front desk, control access, monitor cameras, and respond to incidents to maintain a safe environment.

Required qualifications include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to obtain a Tennessee Security License, pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Tennessee Security License.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to meet physical essential functions (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain accurate front desk logs for people or property and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

This is a Part-Time Position

Monday-Tuesday 11pm-7am

Responsibilities

of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Able to pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
