Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment, provide excellent customer service, control access, and respond to incidents. You will patrol premises and observe for suspicious activity.

Positions start at $20.10/hour with rotating shifts in Round Lake, IL. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and medical/dental insurance, plus opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Assist with directions and general business information as needed.
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity.
• Conduct extensive patrols (up to 10 miles per day) to guard against theft and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain security and order.
