Job summary

Titan Security in Tennessee is seeking a Security Officer to provide front-desk customer service and enforce access control. The role includes logging activities, monitoring cameras, and patrolling premises to maintain a safe environment.

The position requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain a Tennessee Security Guard license. Evening/weekend availability is a plus, with benefits including PTO, holidays, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Able to obtain Tennessee Security Guard license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Physical ability to perform essential functions (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, weather).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at front desk to all parties.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs for people and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and document data.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Tennessee Security Guard license
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
