Titan Security in Northbrook, IL is hiring a Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure environment. You will provide excellent customer service, control access, and protect the premises through vigilant patrols and prompt incident response.

This 3rd shift front lobby position involves standing for long periods and walking long distances, with opportunities for career growth, PTO, medical and dental insurance, and training to sharpen observation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• 3rd shift front lobby / concierge support.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Assist with directions and general business information as needed.
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity.
• Conduct extensive patrols (up to 10 miles per day) to guard against theft and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain security and order.
