Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Security Officer to help maintain a safe environment and provide top-notch customer service. You will control access, perform vigilant patrols, and document incidents to ensure security across the premises.

Responsibilities include monitoring cameras, logging activities, and responding to emergencies. Must meet physical requirements, pass pre-employment checks, and maintain a valid Illinois PERC license. Position offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Illinois PERC registration.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, complete foot patrols, walk stairs, and work in inclement weather.
• Clean driving record.

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
