Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring for a front desk/guard position supporting locations in the Carlisle/Middletown area. The role requires flexible hours (32–40) and the ability to drive between Pine Grove and Reading, PA as needed.

You will provide frontline customer service, manage access control, and monitor security systems across multiple sites. Ideal applicants are 18+, have a HS diploma/GED, and can pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all on duty, including directions and information.
• Maintain clear logs at front desk for people or property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and record data for Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Locations are Carlisle/Middletown - RTO Response Team officer.
• Hours can vary, sometimes it could be 32 hours or even 40 hours
• Need to have open availability and be comfortable with driving between Pine Grove and Reading if needed

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability for all shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
