Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking Security Officers for Carlisle and Middletown, PA. Roles involve front-desk support, access control, patrols, and incident reporting at multiple sites. Candidates must be ready to work variable hours and travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities include exceptional customer service, maintaining logs, and responding to incidents. Must meet physical requirements and pass background checks to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Carlisle and Middletown, PA.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.
• Must have open availability for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Locations are Carlisle/Middletown - RTO Response Team officer.
• Hours can vary, sometimes it could be 32 hours or even 40 hours
• Need to have open availability and be comfortable with driving between Carlisle/Middletown if needed

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
