Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a customer-focused Security Desk Officer to support sites in Pine Grove, Reading, and Carlisle. You will perform front-desk duties, manage logs, control access, and monitor cameras to maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities include incident response, daily reporting, and coordinating with field teams. Must be 18+, have HS diploma, pass background checks, and be able to lift 50+ lbs; willing to travel between Pine Grove and Reading as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to pass pre-employment background checks.
• Able to commute to Pine Grove and Reading, PA.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform foot patrols in various weather.
• Open availability for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to on-site visitors and tenants.
• Maintain front desk logs for people and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents and document events for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Locations are Carlisle/Middletown - RTO Response Team officer.
• Hours can vary, sometimes it could be 32 hours or even 40 hours
• Need to have open availability and be comfortable with driving between Pine Grove and Reading if needed

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability for all shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
