Job summary

Titan Security Group in Hershey, PA is seeking a front desk security officer to provide exceptional customer service, manage access control, and support patrols across assigned sites. You will maintain logs, respond to incidents, and collaborate with the Titan Security team to ensure a safe environment.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA.
• Physical functions may include lifting 50+ lbs, walking stairs, and exposure to inclement weather.
• Must have open availability for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk for people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies at the property and record data for Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Locations are Carlisle/Middletown - RTO Response Team officer.
• Hours can vary, sometimes it could be 32 hours or even 40 hours
• Need to have open availability and be comfortable with driving between Pine Grove and Reading if needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability for all shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
