Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a dedicated security front desk officer for our Carlisle/Middletown locations as part of the RTO Response Team. Shifts vary and require open availability, including potential 32–40 hour weeks.

You may need to drive between Pine Grove and Reading, PA to support multiple sites. Responsibilities include assisting visitors, logging activities, controlling access, monitoring cameras, patrolling, and responding to incidents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Open availability for all shifts.
• Able to commute to Pine Grove and Reading, PA.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing foot patrols in all weather.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to onsite visitors and tenants.
• Maintain accurate logs at front desk for people and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft.
• Respond to incidents and record data for management.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• Locations are Carlisle/Middletown - RTO Response Team officer.
• Hours can vary, sometimes it could be 32 hours or even 40 hours
• Need to have open availability and be comfortable with driving between Pine Grove and Reading if needed

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability for all shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
