Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Security position to protect guests, associates and property at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines and other Hyatt properties. The role includes on-site patrols, responding to incidents, and enforcing safety policies to ensure a secure guest experience.

Candidates should have prior hotel exposure, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional presentation. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred to support emergency response efforts.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience recommended.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Must possess a professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property including outside on a regular basis.
• Conduct regular floor patrols, property tours and crowd control.
• Respond to guest complaints and concerns and investigate to remedy the situation with urgency.
• Search for, handle and report unusual circumstances, safety violations, destruction and/or suspicious or undesirable persons and escort off property if necessary.
• Complete security reports on a daily log including incidents of theft, accidents and safety violations.
• Maintain all safety, security and emergency procedures and respond immediately to alarms or calls for help.

• Maintain all safety, security and emergency procedures/action plans and hotel disaster for the hotel ; respond immediately to emergency alarms or calls for help, determine course of action, notify appropriate authorities and perform first aid as needed.
• Conduct investigations of security incidents.
• Enforce the 'No Solicitation Policy' of the property.
• Preservethe safety and security of the guests, team members, OSHAcompliance, adherence to federal, state and local standards
• Follow property andcorporateguidelinestoprotectguestsandstaff,securetheassets,andminimize liability.
• Allothertasks anddutiesas assigned

Qualifications
