Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a full-time overnight Security Officer to join our Memphis, TN team. This role offers front-line security responsibilities with a focus on customer service, safety, and rapid incident response across the property.

Schedule: Saturday-Sunday 1800-0600 and Wed & Fri 2200-0600. Candidates must be 18+, hold a Tennessee Security Guard License, pass background checks, and be able to lift 50+ lbs and patrol as needed. EOE/M/F/D/V

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a clean MVR.
• Tennessee Security Guard License required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and complete patrols in various weather.
• Must have open availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service at front desk and on site.
• Maintain logs for people and property, including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and patrol to guard against theft.
• Respond to incidents and record data for property and Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is for a Full-time overnight security officer in Memphis, TN

The schedule is Saturday-Sunday 1800-0600 Wednesday & Friday 2200-0600

Responsibilities

of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a clean MVR
• Tennessee Security Guard License required
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability

Preferred Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• Bi‑lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
