Titan Security Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time overnight security officer to protect client properties and monitor facilities. The role involves front-desk service, controlling access, and reporting incidents while maintaining logs and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a Tennessee security license, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass drug and background checks, with availability for weekends and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a clean MVR.
• Tennessee Security Guard License required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions (lift 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).
• Open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty and assist with directions.
• Maintain clear logs at front desk regarding people or property, including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and record data for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is for a Full-time overnight security officer in Memphis, TN

The schedule is Saturday-Sunday 1800-0600 Wednesday & Friday 2200-0600

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a clean MVR
• Tennessee Security Guard License required
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
